Note from the Editors
The current
issue, No. 3,
completes the reprinting
of Robert Munro's (Charles Williamson) Description of the Genesee Country
and begins Description of the Settlement of the Genesee Country, in a Series
of Letters from a Gentleman to His Friend. This is also by Charles Williamson
and was published first in 1799. In addition issue Number 3 carries the
year 1800 assessment roll for the town of Bath and a list of newspapers
on micro-film
in the County Clerks Building in Bath.
